含钼矿石中回收钼含钼矿石中回收钼recovery of molybdenum from ores containing molybdenumhanmu kuangshi Zhong hu一shou mu含相矿石中回收相(reeovery of molybde-num from ore eontaining molybdenum)以含铝矿石为原料,在提取矿石主金属的同时又提取铝的冶金过程。含钥矿物原料主要有含钥的铀矿和含相的钒矿。在沉积型铀矿石中,钥常与铀共生,需在提取铀的同时回收其中的相。在沉积型铀矿浸出过程中,铂随铀一起进人浸出液,铝呈轻氧铝酸根阳离子和多种阴离子形态存在,铀呈铀酞阳离子形态存在。用溶于煤油的烷基磷酸和磷酸三丁脂的有机相进行多级逆流萃取铀时,萃余液铀浓度降至lmg/L以下,铂则留于萃余液中。然后用胺萃取和氨溶液反萃取法富集钥(见相溶荆萃取)。再从钥反萃取液中用常规法生产多钥酸按(见铂酸按制取)。产品总放射性强度为lxlo一SCi/kg,小于允许值1 xl。一’ci/kg的标准。采用萃取法分离铀钥和萃取法提取钥的方法,适用于较广泛浓度范围的铀钥分离,此法已用于生产。在钒矿石中,相常与钒共生,在提取钒的同时,也要回收其中的钥。在钒矿浸出过程中,铝随钒一起进入浸出液.由浸出液沉淀五氧化二钒时,钥留在沉淀母液中,然后用钥溶剂萃取法或铂离子交换法提取沉淀母液中的钥,再按常规方法制取多钥酸按。(李钟实)
