闸门启闭力闸门启闭力hoisting capacity of gatezhamen qibiliI’@门启闭力(hoisting eapaeity of gate)开启、关闭或保持闸门在一定开度时所需的力。影响启闭力的因素有:门叶和附加物(包括加重块、平衡重、吊杆等)的重量,作用在门叶上的水荷载(包括静水压力、动水压力、门后可能出现的负压力,其方向可分解为水平的、铅直的或径向的和由它产生的摩擦阻力),以及门叶移动时的惯性力等。由于启闭力关系到闸门运行的可靠性,对这些因素必须仔细分析计算。考虑到各项影响因素的不确定性,计算时,可按照规范分别给以不同的安全系数。一般来说,门叶和附加物的重量比较容易计算确定,可取用较小的安全系数;惯性力一般较小,往往可以略而不计;摩擦阻力和动水压力则较难精确计算,应取用较大的安全系数。摩擦系数一般取静摩擦数值,并应适当考虑随时间的变化。动水压力在必要时要通过模型试验确定。计算启闭力时,对有些闸门,如弧形闸门,应绘制启闭力与闸门开度的关系曲线,并选取最大的启闭力作为选定启闭机的依据。(夏念凌)
