牙体修复牙体修复dentalrestoration使牙体缺损部分得以恢复的医疗实践。造成牙体缺损的原因主要为龋齿，其次为外伤、磨蚀、酸蚀等。修复方法可根据牙体缺损情况，选用充填（见补牙）、嵌体、人造冠等。①嵌体。根据牙体缺损情况，在患牙上预备成一定形状的窝洞，在口外制成能嵌入窝洞的修复体，用粘固剂将之粘着在窝洞内，即恢复牙体的解剖外形和生理功能。根据牙体缺损的范围，可作成单面嵌体、双面嵌体、多面嵌体。另外还有增高面过低的叫高嵌体。可选用不同材料制作，如金属、陶瓷、塑料等。②人造冠。将牙齿磨除一层，用金属或陶瓷等制成冠，用粘固剂粘着在其上。适用于牙体缺损较多和牙体部分切除，磨除牙质多，牙齿已经失活、脆性增大时，为了防止牙折和防龋，应用人造冠修复。人造冠有多种类型，罩盖牙冠大部分牙面的有3/4冠、开面冠（已过时），罩盖牙冠全部的称全冠。根据不同情况和条件，可作铸造冠、锤造冠、烤瓷-金属联合冠、烤瓷冠、烤塑冠、塑料冠等。牙体缺损很大并已作根管治疗的，后牙可用银汞或金属作成桩核，外面再戴入全冠。前牙冠部可作成实体，底部有插入根管的桩，叫桩冠，或作桩核，外面再作全冠修复。各种冠都是在作成后用粘固剂粘到基牙上，不能取下清洁，故要求牙体预备认真细致，四周边缘必须密合，以免产生继发龋。与邻牙要有良好的接触点。一般在粘固前需经过试戴、调，粘固后还需复查调，避免产生咬创伤。
