1.Five novelpiperazine derivatives,1,4-di(dithiocarbamate acteate)piperazine were synthesized as ashless and non-phosphorus environmentally friendly lubricating oil additives.合成了5种新型无灰无磷环境友好润滑油添加剂1,4-双(二硫代甲酸乙酸酯基)哌嗪衍生物,采用1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、UV-vis、MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,在热重分析仪上考察了其热稳定性能,并利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在液体石蜡中的极压性能和抗磨性能。

哌唑嗪分子式:C19H21N5O4分子量:382.42CAS号:19216-56-9性质:结晶,熔点278-280℃。其盐酸盐([19237-84-4])为白色结晶性粉末,熔点275(分解)。难溶于乙醇,略溶于等渗盐水和水中。无臭,味苦。制备方法:3,4-二甲氧基-6-氨基苯腈在水和二氯甲烷中与硫肛光气反应得3,4-二甲氧基-6-异硫氰酰苯腈(收率94%),将其与1-(2-呋喃甲酰)哌嗪在乙酸乙酯中反应得硫脲衍生物(收率90%),再与碘甲烷进行甲基化反应后用碱处理得游离S-甲基异硫脲衍生物(收率95%)。最后将S-甲基异硫脲簿生物与氨、氯化铵、尿素在甲酰胺中反应制得哌唑嗪。用途:该品选择性地阻滞突触后触膜上的α-受体,直接松弛血管平滑肌,扩张小动脉和小静脉,减轻心脏前负荷和后负荷,是一种较新的血管扩张药。
